●195g ribeye steak
●1 tsp olive oil
●Knob of butter
●Sprig of fresh thyme
●Sprig of fresh rosemary
●3 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
●Salt and black pepper
1.Remove the steak from the fridge for 10 minutes before cooking.
2.Pat the steak dry with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper, brusk with the oil and place onto the bottom of the air fryer.
3.Select the steak function (205°c) and cook for 4 minutes.
4.Add the knob of butter, herbs and garlic onto the top of the steak.
5.Select the steak function and cook for a further 4 minutes.
6.Remove from the air fryer, cover and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
