French Toast
Introduction
Time: 8 minutes (plus 5 minutes prep)

Ingredients
●2 slices of brioche bread
●½ tsp ground cinnamon
●A pinch of nutmeg
●1 tsp vanilla extract
●100ml whole milk
●2 large eggs
●Icing sugar to serve
●Maple syrup to serve
Preparation
1.Slice each piece of bread into 5 equal pieces.
2.Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl and add the milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Mix well.
3.Dip each piece of bread into the mixture and place onto the crisper plate. Cook for 8 minutes at 195°c.
4.Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with maple syrup.
