Roast Chicken

Time: 50 minutes (plus 5 minutes prep)

Ingredients
●1.5kg whole chicken
●40g butter, softened
●3 cloves garlic, minced
●2 sprigs of fresh thyme, leaves only
●1 large sprig of rosemary, finely chopped
●Salt and black pepper
Preparation
1.Mix the butter with the garlic, thyme leaves, rosemary and salt and pepper.
2.Rub the chicken with the butter mixture and place onto the crisper plate.
3.Select the roast function, set the temperature to 180°c and cook for 50 minutes.
4.Use a meat thermometer to check the thickest part of the meat is 75°c.
5.Remove from the air fryer basket, cover and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
