Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful after three tries, the package will be returned to us. Please contact websupport.uk.cosori@cosori.com to arrange re-shipment—additional fees may apply.
Order Cancellations
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. To cancel an order, contact customer service on the same day the order is placed. Include your order number in your request.
