Roast Potatoes

Time: 20 minutes (plus 5 minutes prep)

Ingredients 

●3 parsnips
●3 carrots
●1 large red onion
●2 tbsp olive oil
●5 garlic cloves, unpeeled
●1 tsp dried thyme

Preparation 

1.Peel the parsnips and carrots and cut into large matchsticks. Peel and cut the red onion into wedges.
2.Place the carrots and parsnips onto the crisper plate, drizzle with the olive oil and select the roast function. Set the temperature to 200°c and cook for 5 minutes.
3.Add the onion wedges, thyme and garlic clove and cook on the roast function at 200°c and cook for a further 15 minutes.
