●4 medium potatoes
●1 ½ tbsp rapeseed oil
●½ tsp salt
●¼ tsp black pepper
●½ tsp garlic powder
●½ tsp onion granules
●¼ tsp cayenne pepper
●½ tsp dried thyme
1.Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges by slicing in half lengthways, placing the cut side down, cutting in half lengthways again, then cutting each quarter in half.
2.Rinse the potato wedges then soak in a bowl of clean water for approximately 20 minutes to remove as much starch as possible. This will help the wedges to cook nice and crispy.
3.Add your herbs and spices together in a small bowl and mix to combine.
4.Drain the potato wedges and dry thoroughly with a paper towel.
5.In a bowl, thoroughly coat the wedges in the oil and then the spice blend.
6.Pop your seasoned wedges into the air fryer on top of the crisper tray and cook for 25 minutes at 200°c.
7.Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
