MUFFIN SANDWICH

Ingredients
●350 grams all-purpose flour
●1.5 grams instant yeast
●1.5 grams salt
●142 ml milk
●115 ml water
●17 grams butte

Direction
1.Add flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
2.Take a jug, add milk, water, and butter. Pop it into the microwave for 15-30 seconds or until it's lukewarm and the butter has melted.
3.Pour wet ingredients to the dry and mix until form a dough. The dough will be quite soft and a little sticky
4.Cover tightly with cling wrap and a clean kitchen towel. Now let it sit at room temperature for a minimum of 6 hours.
5.Roll it out to about 2 cm or slightly under an inch in thickness.
6.Take 76 mm round cookie cutter and cut out dough and transfer them to another baking tray lined with parchment.
7.Cover the muffins with plastic wrap and a tea towel and let them rest for about 40-45 minutes.
8.Line Cosori Dual Blaze Smart Air Fryer basket with parchment paper.
9.Place muffins in a basket and sprinkle some flour on top.
10.Select air fryer and adjust time to 10 minutes then press Start/Pause
11.Remove muffins when done, Place on cooling rack and repeat with remaining dough.
12.Cut muffins from the center to make a sandwich.
13.Assemble sandwich by placing the cooked egg and chicken in the middle and serve.
