French Fries
Introduction
Time: 20 minutes (plus 15 minutes prep)
Serves: 2-4

Ingredients
●4 large red potatoes
●1 tsp onion salt
●1 ½ tbsp rapeseed oil
Preparation
1.Peel the potatoes and cut into matchsticks (approx 1cm wide).
2.Rinse well to remove the starch and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.
3.Drain and dry completely with paper towels.
4.Toss the fries in the oil and onion salt and place onto the crisper plate.
5.Select the fries function and cook for the preset time and temperature of 195°c and 20 minutes.
6.Serve immediately.
