How to Cook Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients
●350g mozzarella block
●3 tbsp cornflour
●1 large egg
●50g breadcrumbs
●½ tsp dried thyme
●1 tsp dried oregano
●½ tsp garlic powder
●½ tsp onion salt
●½ tsp paprika
●Olive oil spray
Preparation
1.Cut the mozzarella into 5 equal slices, then cut each piece in half lengthways to make 10 equal sized sticks.
2.Put the cornflour into a bowl, lightly beat the egg in a separate bowl and combine the herbs,spices and breadcrumbs into a third bowl.
3.Press a mozzarella stick into the cornflour and coat well.
4.Dip into the egg and gently shake off any excess.
5.Roll in the breadcrumb mixture and place directly onto the bottom of the air fryer basket.
6.Repeat with the remaining mozzarella sticks.
7.Spray the mozzarella sticks with a little olive oil. Select the air fry function, set the temperature to 200°c and cook for 8 minutes
8.Serve with your favourite dip.
