1.Mix breadcrumbs, parsley and parmesan cheese together in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix Flour and salt.
2.Coat each breast piece first in flour mixture, then dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
3.Spray the coated breast on both sides with cooking spray.
