Easy Air Fryer Roast Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
●4 large maris piper potatoes (approx 1.2kg)
●3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
1.Peel the potatoes and cut into equal sized pieces.
2.Rinse and place into a pan of cold water and bring to the boil. Boil for 5 minutes, then drain.
3.Shake the potatoes in the pan gently to create fluff up.
4.Place directly onto the bottom of the air fryer basket and drizzle with the oil.
5.Select the roast function, set the temperature to 205°c and cook for 25 minutes.
6.Serve.
