CORNISH PASTRY

Ingredients
●1 pre made short crust pastry (cut in 2 round shapes 170 mm)
●140 grams potato, finely diced
●100 grams swede, finely diced
●80 grams onion, finely chopped
●250 grams beef skirt, finely chopped
●2 grams Salt
●3 grams black pepper
●17 grams plain flour
●40 grams butter
●1 egg, beaten

Direction
1.Mix beef, onion, potatoes, swede together in a bowl.
2.Add salt and pepper and mix well.
3.Sprinkle some flour on a board, place pastry sheet.
4.Place prepared beef mixture on one half of the circle, leaving a gap around the edge. Dot with butter.
5.Brush around the perimeter of the pastry circle with the beaten egg, then fold the pastry over the mixture and seal firmly.
6.Starting at one side, crimp the edges over to form a sealed D-shaped pasty. Brush the whole pasty with a beaten egg.
7.Repeat process with other pastry to form 2 pastries.
8.Place pastries into the Cosori Dual Blaze Smart Air Fryer basket.
9.Select bake and adjust time to 30 minutes then press Start/Pause.
10.Remove pastries when done.
